Welcome to Bellator Cane Corso, breeders of the rare Italian Mastiff known as the Cane Corso.

Here at Bellator Cane Corso we strive to breed the finest dogs, displaying the desired temperament, conformation and head style.

Located in northeast Pennsylvania, we are  family first and business second, that is why we make sure we are demanding in producing the right temperament so each dog is a great addition to your family and life.

We spent many months searching for our first female and finally came across our beloved Minzy. She has a great temperament including loyalty, obedience and a protective nature over our family and home. Her conformation is of high quality and she is very athletic. Make sure to view her photos and info.

Our long search for the right female means you wont have to look far for your right pup! You will find them right here.

We chose the name Bellator Cane Corso to signify what a corso is to the family. Bellator is old latin for warrior, defender and protector. For more information on the Cane Corso view the Breed Info tab.

The Cane Corso (pronounced KHAN NAY corso) is a large, majestic breed. Wherever you go with your Corso rest assured that you will get questions and compliments. They are a dominant and powerful guardian breed. They will require a strong owner to give them early socialization and training. The rewards will be plentiful. This breed will guard and protect, love and adore you and your family for years to come. The Corso is very tolerant to pain and therefore they make great pets for families with children who enjoy climbing on their large frames. You will enjoy seeing them snuggle up to your little ones unaware as to how large they actually are! A gentle giant in the home but a fierce protector if need be.

Cane Corso are considered to have an even, stable temperament. They are easy to train, good with children, and calm with their primary guardians. Make sure to socialize it with babies, other dogs and humans of both sexes. Corso's tend to be a quiet breed.

A true Corso should be indifferent when approached and should only react when a real threat is present. Corso's are historically working dogs that need exercise, a strong owner, boundaries and training.
